Note this is just one day from this journal, after scanning these pages,
the journal was returned to elder family members so all could remain together as a complete set.

I am saddened by the fact that this journal and all the other journals written by Arthur Wilson Courtney
were disposed of by those who had possession of them after the death of the elder family members
because they did not see the value of keeping them after reading
the few entries they read when randomly flipping through them.
